Lost Cove – Monday Sprint

Identified long term goal:


  1. Define Long term goal – In 5 years, to be the biggest surf and music festival in the UK with University endorsement. How do we reach new customers? – Give the festival a USP.
  2. Define what might cause your project to fail: The app is not downloaded and has no conversion, logistics cause the festival application not to work, travel, safety, weather, wifi. Festival does not grow and not enough downloads to gather data, app at the festival could cause confusion, budget runs out for the festival as it’s in year 4, customers are not guided to the app.
  3. Sprint Questions – Will customers utilize the app while before/during the festival?

Will customers take part in festival activities e.g. surf competition, yoga?
