My time is spent leading end-to-end implementation of UX designs for iOS/Android apps and web journeys (retail banking, business banking, secure web & public site). I work as UX Design Lead for multiple high priority projects, leading across all stages from discovery, design, user testing, through to developer hand off and beyond. A key part of my role is running sprints, attending agile ceremonies and overseeing build cycles in to production.

At TSB, I have also lead on standardising design best practices and ways of working for the Digital Design Team.

Key achievements include:

• Led migration from Sketch to Figma over a 12 week programme with 100% adoption and success rate within the design team, 8 mobile squads and usage across multiple business areas.
• Defined, built, implemented and maintain the TSB Design System from inception ensuring consistency and scalability across all products and platforms.
• Over 3 years strongly contributed to the increase in NPS score from 33 to 77 (record to date).
• Redesign and implementation of the new login screen (2 million digitally active customers)
• Successful implementation of Confluence and Jira into design team for improved visibility of work and enhanced governance
• Running and hosting workshops, Brown bag sessions, Figma 101s, Lunch and Learn sessions.
